At Fashonscart, we want every purchase to be one you feel confident about. If something isn't quite right, our returns policy is designed to make the process straightforward and hassle-free.

Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of your order being delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return requests made after this 30-day period.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition in which they were received. All original tags must remain attached, and products should be returned in their original packaging where applicable. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or returned without tags may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fashonscart.shop Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request. Once your return has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions along with the appropriate return address. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when the order was placed.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for opened or used products, gift cards, or store credit.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, we recommend first checking with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If the refund is still unavailable, please contact support@fashonscart.shop , and our support team will be happy to assist you.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@fashonscart.shop. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue. For approved claims involving damaged, faulty, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping costs and arrange either a replacement or a full refund at no additional charge.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, colour, or style, you may return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@fashonscart.shop as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, it may be returned after delivery in accordance with this policy.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Fashonscart cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees. If your returned item meets our return requirements, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item.

Change of Mind Returns

If you simply change your mind, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, unworn, and in its original condition with the original packaging where applicable. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
